Property Condition Disclosure Statement
It should be known that the majority of the properties handled by Island Advantage Realty, LLC are bank or corporate owned. Therefore, our sellers typically have no knowledge as to their properties' condition. The attached form will need to be signed at time of contract. Engineer inspections are always recommended by Island Advantage Realty, LLC as a precautionary measure due to the lack of information available.
