Position Available: Valuation Support Staff
Island Advantage Realty, LLC is a high volume Real Estate office looking for qualified support staff in the field of Valuation preparation. A high volume of inspections are performed on a weekly basis and individuals are needed in order to prepare those reports for submission to our various clients.
The candidates for this position will need strong typing and computer skills. Prior experience with appraisals or valuations is preferred.
The ideal candidate is responsible, self-motivated, well organized, and looking for the opportunity to grow with our expanding company. Tasks assigned are time sensitive and quality is of the utmost importance. Training will be made available to make you familiar with the requirements of each individual client and the expectations of Island Advantage as a company.
