Position Available: Real Estate Inspector
Island Advantage Realty, LLC is looking for Real Estate Inspectors. Our inspectors drive throughout Long Island, Metro New York and surrounding areas completing inspections on our inventory. Therefore, a valid New York State driver’s license is necessary. A digital camera and required equipment will be furnished in order to complete and submit assigned field inspection tasks.
The candidates for this position will need to be computer literate and will need to be able to upload photo attachments and other documents to emails. Real Estate knowledge is appreciated, but not mandatory. Training will be made available.
Job requirements include completing real estate inspections on a weekly basis for a changing portfolio of properties and to complete and submit full written reports, including photos, of the properties in order to keep our clients informed. Inspectors will be verifying occupancy of newly assigned properties as well as keeping the main office aware of the physical condition of each property in the inventory.
The ideal candidate is responsible, self-motivated, and well organized. Tasks assigned to field inspectors are time sensitive and quality is of the utmost importance.
