All inquiries and questions concerning this property shall be directed to Island Advantage Realty, LLC and any and all negotiations relating to the purchaser, or leasing of the described property should be conducted through this agency.
Upon notification of the expiration of the exclusive agency agreement between the listing Broker and the Seller, this agreement will be
Terminated.
